Cabernet Sauvignon which dry wine is obtained from its red squash is a French type and it is appreciated as a prestigious wine among winemakers. Though its fruit is small and has thick shell, the amount of tannin is high and therefore, its color becomes dark after the first processing. It contains 13 – 15% h alcohol. Its harvesting is started in the second half of September.
